Music, dance and art project celebrating mother's day and children's day

The dance, art and music project carried out a day full of activities expressing local culture, with traditional games and different art work with themes based on love for mother, father and siblings. For example, the children painted bags with depictions of seashells and other motifs using acrylic paint as one of th ways of using art to enhance everyday objects and the environment both at home and in the school. Students performed dances as well as performances of music and song taking advantage of the park area we have created next to the River Estelí. Our students also expressed their thanks to the Berfred Foundation which has made it possible to sustain the program’s activities through 2024.
