Purísima - traditional celebration of the Immaculate Conception

Every year on December 12th Superemos and the “Christine King” MultiService Cooperative celebrate the traditional feast of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady, in this case Our Lady of Guadelupe. This year we had about 90 participants in the prayers to the Virgin María together with traditional music in her honor and the sharing of typical Nicaraguan sweets with toys for the younger children. We are very grateful to the Sones Segovianos teachers and students who provided wonderful music and the singing of their choir.
