Medical brigade in the community of Paso Real, municipality of San Nicolás

On June 7, a medical brigade was carried out in the community of Paso Real, organized by the Foundation and coordinated with SILAIS-Esteli the local health authority.

During this visit a total of 141 children, women, men and adults were attended in different specialties such as dentistry with 25 extractions, general medicine with 68 patients, pediatrics with 46 children from 1 month to 11 years old.

Likewise,a total of 27 ultrasounds were performed including pregnancy control ultrasounds, prostate and soft organ ultrasounds. 20 Gynegology consultations were also given along with a total of 180 laboratory tests. 19 pap smears were performed and 10 vaccinations against COVID. Psychological care was also offered by the ICES Project, with 3 consultations.
