Medical brigade in the community of Chaguite Blanco, municipality of La Trinidad

On June 8 a medical brigade went to the community of Chaguite Blanco, organized by the Foundation and coordinated with SILAIS-Esteli the local health authority.

During this visit a total of 285 children, women, men and adults were attended, in different specialties such as dentistry with 25 extractions, general medicine with 200 patients, natural medicine with 70 patients applying the different therapies of natural medicine.

Likewise, a total of 35 ultrasound exams were performed including pregnancy control ultrasounds, prostate and soft organ ultrasounds. Laboratory tests were also performed with a total of 198 tests, 14 pap smears were performed, 7 vaccinations against COVID.

One of the characteristics of these municipalities is the control and attention to the children of "Todos con Voz" (Everyone has a Voice), a program that serves children with disabilities.
