Addressing domestic violence

The program addressing domestic violence started activities early in January this year. The program includes workshops with local institutions such as the social work and psychology faculties of the local campus of the National Autonomous University and its related campus in the city of Somoto. The program also continues its outreach work in local rural communities in close coordination with both the Ministry of the Family and the Ministry of Health.
