Project against intra-family violence

Our project against domestic violence works hand in hand with universities and public officials as well as in community health centers and shelters for pregnant women both those awaiting giving birth and those with with health problems.

In each of these places where the project has an impact, program workers giver talks motivational talks self-esteem and other topics of interest such as the importance of emotional intelligence, knowledge of the laws that support them, alternatives to solve legal, psychosocial and health problems.

Currently the project is helping impart a diploma course with different themes such as how to carry out interviews addressing problems of trauma, or psychosocial difficulties as well as the empowerment in relation to the relevant laws and addressing legal cases with social empathy. This diploma course is coordinated and implemented by the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua-Multidisciplinary Campus in Esteli.
