Medical brigade in the municipality of La Trinidad in the community of Monte Verde

In order to continue with community care and to bring comprehensive health care to rural areas in coordination with the Ministry of Health, we visited the community of Monte Verde in the municipality of La Trinidad, where a total of 165 patients were attended in the following specialties.

General medicine with 80 patients, pediatrics with 52 children, dentistry 17 (21 extractions and 35 treatments), 26 ultrasounds were performed (4 prostate, 6 pregnancy control and 16 general).

In addition, 135 laboratory tests and HIV tests were performed, 14 and BAAR tests and 12 vaccinations against covid, as well as psychological attention on the part of the ICES program team
