Medical Brigade in San Francisco and Paso Real

In the second week of April, the medical brigade of the Foundation Superemos in coordination with MINSA went on two outings to the communities of San Francisco, municipality of La Trinidad and Paso Real, municipality of San Nicolás.

In these visits, attention was offered in the specialities of; Ultrasound, Odontology, Laboratory, Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, General Medicine, Natural Medicine, Nursing, Family Control and HIV.

Likewise, psychological attention and legal advice were carried out in cases of violence. In these two visits, an impact on dentistry was chosen, with 63 dental extractions in the community of Paso Real and in San Francisco 25. A total of 348 consultations were offered from the different specialties in the Trinity and 871 consultations in San Nicolas, where 30% were men attending their dental check-ups and family planning.
