Activities in the month of August of the Estelí Women’s School

The Estelí Women’s School has had a successful month in August. Our scholarship students have been working on their individual and group projects according to their subjects and also participated in preparing mural presentations to commemorate the 44th Anniversary of Nicaragua’s Great National Literacy Crusade. In addition, they participated in knowledge olympiad competitions on Spanish language and literature, where students with imagination and innovation created stories and tales which they then presented in videos where they managed to dramatize their story or tale according to their contents.

Also, teacher-led trainings were held on issues of self-esteem, civic, social and family values, these topics were developed through play activities, which were excellent for breaking the ice between participants allowing the conversation to be a total success with all students playing an active part.
